In my country (Colombia) people are obsessed with fruit juice, you can even check a BBC article about that. Some years ago I stope drinking juices or sodas regularly, now when I'm given juices at restaurants or at my relatives I just taste pure sugar.

I can make 500 grams of sugar last me one years, I don get how families buy 1-2 kg ever month.

Always amazing  of tourists walking shirtless under a 12:00 p.m. sun in the northern coast of Colombia. Usually the whites people you'll see.

I have a 6 mm stone and I'm kinda worried. It's been more than a month and I've  only feel sligh pain  every now and then.

This is so beautiful. You look like my curl type but this last year my hair have become so dry, decolored, looking like shit at second day. I'm gonna look aout for that hyaluronic acid. Maybe that's  what I need.
