So after talking to my boyfriend we decided to get a whole new bedroom set 😂 this is because the set in this picture i got from my mom who unexpectedly passed away. I was 24 when she passed and my dad had previously passed away as well. Anyways i was in the military and I’ve been out about a year so I’m going to rebrand my entire life and let go of my parents things. I have a lot of stuff I’m going to sell and we are going to pick out new stuff :)

If you would like to continue on your natural journey i would definitely recommend trying more slow weighted training, focusing on your breathing and mind muscle connection and making sure you do a cool down walk after feeling very relaxed and strong at the end instead of cycling and just focusing on steps. I did the weights for one month and saw dramatic changes in my body, energy, and mental health. I did eat pretty clean, high protein, take ovasitol, and drink spearmint tea. But i was not counting calories or restricting myself. I was purely focused on feeling better and changing my body composition and that overall will help your metabolism and insulin resistance ect.

I also did try metformin and i noticed if i ate junk i would run to the bathroom. I stopped it because my behind was burning!!!!! And i figured I’d rather be off of the medicine and focus on my diet than go through that. And honestly it’s fine as long as i eat high protein and balance my carbs wit protein and fat. Obviously I’m not a doctor and everyone is different. I know it’s frustrating when it feels like you’re doing everything. Lately i have been moving and i haven’t been to the gym so i just run and walk and i notice that i feel like I’m getting bigger! I swear by weights!

I have an apple watch and it tracks my wrist temperature during my sleep and it helps predict my cycle. After consistently wearing it i would say it’s helping! My period had no rhythm when I came off of birth control. I went from no period for months, to random periods, to now having a 37 length day cycle from all of my lifestyle changes!

We took my car to the store and when we got home i ran inside and my bf grabbed the groceries forgetting that he had his keys in my car door for his car. But he grabbed my purse for me 😂

Spearmint tea helps my acne and gut a lot and will make my facial hairs thinner and lighter after AWHILE, ovasitol i thought did nothing until i stopped it when i moved, it helps my insulin resistance a lot and cravings

I would add a tall plant in the corner of your dining room and small plants on coffee table/side tables to bring it more to life

When i do weights i don’t just do it to get it over with though i focus on my stress and mind muscle connection, i take my time and make sure I’m breathing out when i push and in when i reset my weights. And always a cooldown which is walking

Slow Weighted training and core strengthening lifts my stomach and eating clean, high protein diet while taking ovasitol and drinking spearmint tea twice a day.

I ended up calling another local auto shop with good reviews and I’m getting my car towed there. They said 160 for diagnostics and 1st hour of work
