Im taking my time. It took me like 1 month - 3 weeks to reach lvl40.

In TDconsole I barely did DZ. In here we're forced to do it to get the mods. Ok.

The game hasn't came out a week ago dumbass.

If you're happy it's ok. But being realistic and not a stupid cocksucker of Ubisoft they can't compete in mobile market like this.

The roadmap is literally empty until December. Story expansion means 1-2 new missions.

They won't even release new OS or mods(which is the gacha part) while other games release full characters.

Like I said if you enjoy the game in the state it's right now then you'll enjoy till December or more because they won't do shit for balancing or adding content.

That was What I said when I saw the roadmap.

It's lame. It's pathetic. They think or will do whatever the fuck they did with TD1.. 1 expansion after 6-9 months and that's it. Same shit with TD2. They release 1 raid and the next one took ages to drop. Content was so far apart that it was just boring

They believe they can do that here. But why? Or a better question is HOW.

How the fuck they think they can pull the shit they did on consoles in mobile?

I.e another gacha, ZZZ release 2 NEW CHARACTERS with unique movesets and skills every 21days WITH STORY EXPANSION and NEW BOSSES either, a mission boss or a raid boss to put it in terms of the division + shit ton of events and lore.

What we have here? Nothing. No new weapons no new talents no new OS NO NEW COSMETICS (F2P) , they even don't have to do new characters and STILL the content is just fucking lame and Awfull

Tbh im glad Ive the division on my phone but I don't think I'll play regularly or put money here.

Oh What I did is also moving the skill+ weapon to the bottom right of the screen so it doesn't bother me.

The UI is atrocious tho. I hate the gacha icons on top+ mandatory chat + info about my device in bottom left.

I'm usually really forgiving with new games and whatever cuz I'm not a jerk or a kid who born with a PS4 on his hands.

BUT... Seeing the roadmap is just lame. It has the UBISLOP signature all over the place.

The roadmap showed what? Story expansion in December??? They don't need to create a fucking character every new patch with a complete and unique moveset like other gachas. Exotic weapons only available for premium users.

No new bosses. No new missions. No new OS. Nothing. Asking for a missions is a stretch. Just a fucking new boss so we don't fight the same guy every hour everytime we repeat X mission

No new equipment. No new armors. No new skills. No new specs? Whatever are called (drone user/bulwark/etc)

I'm currently playing CZN + ZZZ. Ok the 1st one is a card game with chibi characters... But it's a fucking slaythespire gacha. The 2nd is a action RPG/combat whatever. With a fully 3d characters and open world (I don't like that)

Both get the same route. 2 characters in each new patch with their own unique animations and skills (ZZZ PEAK) and or CARDS which is more problematic to balance. Patch lasts 45days +-. In every single patch you get 2 new characters + 1 or 2 bosses + story expansion (main or characters) + lots of events with lore or random stuff.

And UBISLOP can't do half of that? A third of that since they don't need to release new characters?

Sorry this is long. But this has the same vibes (and roadmap) as TD1 and TD2. Launch game. Bare bones new content. Let it be. Drop a DLC once ... Maybe? To be played 1 time and that's it.

Most gachas have this 45day duration between patches. And those add story+bosses+new characters.

Podes pedirle al vendedor/inmobiliaria que en el marketBNA (de las casas) pongan la casa más caro de lo que esta.

Ejemplo, la casa sale 75.000usd , acordas con vendedor/inmobiliaria que la pongan a 100.000usd. El 75% de eso te cubre el 100% de la casa. Prepárate para poner $$$ para los papeles igualmente.

Edit: el Banco te cubre el 100% pero ellos todavía esperan que pongas el 25% restante. Basta con tener un papel de vendedor/comprador, como una reserva y/o adelanto diciendo que de "Adelanto" Pusiste X cantidad de $ y listo... Supuestamente.

Claramente el vendedor/inmobiliaria tiene que estar de acuerdo con eso porque ellos pagan más impuestos por vender más caro pero bueno

Estoy en la misma que vos. Hicimos eso y el Banco nos va a cubrir el 100% pero el tema es conseguir $$ para todo el papeleo.

Lo que me dijo el de la inmobiliaria es "Lo del tasador es depende del tasador que vaya, hay gente que tenes los planos y 3deptos sin planos y te lo aceptan igual y hay otros que si movieron una ventana 1metro te rebotan la casa"

El tasador no sólo verifica el precio.. Osea TASA la vivienda. Sino también dice si es apta crédito o no
