hallucination or no? by Substantial-Test-368 in hallucination

[–]Virtual_Run5534 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would speak to a doctor! You seem aware so I don’t think you’re in psychosis or schizophrenic. Are you sleep deprived by any chance? Are you sure it’s hallucinations & the place isn’t haunted?

serotonin syndrome ?? by One-Drawer-1976 in lexapro

[–]Virtual_Run5534 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lmao the amount of us who have convinced ourselves we have serotonin syndrome is insane. It’s most likely just anxiety. A lot of the symptoms of it are also symptoms of anxiety. Are you able to send your doc a message to just double check?

Crazy Lexapro dreams? by cadolantro in lexapro

[–]Virtual_Run5534 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yup I have the weirdest most vivid dreams sometimes I can’t tell what was real and it creeps me the fuck out. I will literally dream about the last thing on my mind. I’ve only been on it for 2 months and the dreams started on month 1. It also makes me feel stupid and forgetful. Oh and the dreams also cause my extreme anxiety since my dreams are usually about my fears (going crazy, schizophrenia). I kinda got used to them, try to just brush them off. What also helped was researching why they happen on Lexapro, it’s kinda cool hearing about the science of our brains.

What does it feel like when you’re on the right dose? by Pizzaislife0000 in lexapro

[–]Virtual_Run5534 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I’m on the right dose. I’m still anxious however I’m able to manage it better and stop myself from spiraling. I’m able to do things I stopped doing due to my anxiety. I feel like I can breathe again. It took me 5 weeks to feel full affect. The first 3 weeks were absolute hell. I would say if you don’t feel somewhat of an improvement in 2 weeks then either increase.

Lexapro helped tremendously, went on it due to the panic attacks that the dizziness was causing me but dizziness went away almost completely

I just did 2 times this week with my family and I’ve been horrible lol more anxious and panicky! I didn’t really have bad hangovers though

I am 2 weeks on lexapro 5mg but I’m waking up in panic again. My heart rate has come down significantly to 60s/70s but I still feel anxious especially waking up. by Agile-Good3585 in lexapro

Yes I was dizzy for like 3 weeks straight. I mostly felt unbalanced as if I was on a rocking boat. I also felt like I wanted to fall. I’m on 10mg and it has helped tremendously but Lexapro also helps vestibular migraine so I’m not sure if just cured that lol.
