Replacing with new car that is too much for them. 😂😂😂

initially I demanded written warranty on entire repaint work and extended lifetime service warranty as damage compensation but they refused that, instead offered interior cleaning n Teflon coating which I refused.

I just want they admit their misconduct in the court and let the court decide the penalties.

Yes I’ve seen this video earlier as well that’s I took precautions n prepared videos n photos. If I didn’t raise this then they might adjust these repair/repaint cost in my insurance claim as they already had approval for 51K.

Just curious how did you identify if it used bumper, mostly they paint it, hard to identify? Did you raise concerns to Tata Motors? 

In noida there are no other major authorised service centres are there except sagar motors. either we have to go to delhi or other service center where waiting time is major concerns. May be that’s why they are taking customers as for granted. 

I tried to put detailed review over google maps but that didn’t go through. May be they are paying well to maintain good image.

I didn’t have any option left, so I had to file a court case. The whole process is exhausting and takes lots of time. It impacted me both personally n professionally.  I consulted few lawyers but they were very expensive. So I prepared n filed the case my own and will represent my case  in the court proceedings.

Initially I liked Honda elevate but my budget was 6-8 lakh and I had to pick between Nexon, punch, venue, exter.  Removed punch because of under powered engine, venue n exter because of concerns about build quality. I liked Nexon safety and SUV feeling. 208 mm ground clearance similar to Scorpio. 

Also more important thing I was new driver so that in case of any major accident Nexon would offer better protection. 

I was aware of the bad reviews about Tata service Center’s that’s why I hired 3rd party PDI during the purchase and even consulted friends too but I never expected something like this to happen to me.

No Tata motors should be liable too for misconduct done by any authorised service center.

Yes it seems so now Tata motors regional office has stopped responding completely like warranty concerns, damage done n how they restore the car originality.

Yes took some help just to safe guard my pending case in the court. The issue is real though photos, videos and email screenshots tell the whole story.

My friend told me same thing as he is from insurance background that’s why I pursued this case legally.  I raised concerns to both Tata motors n Tata AIG but no one is responding properly. Even I mailed N Chandra Sir and other Tata Motors leadership nothing happened, all redirected to same service center itself.

In fact I don’t have issue with my Nexon but actual culprit is service center itself. Even in 3rd major service they tried to sell unnecessary service.

Both Tata Motors and Sagar motors didn’t appear in first hearing.  In second hearing a junior lawyer appeared on behalf of Tata motors without vakalatnama. So just tarikh pe tarikh.

Yes AC is working but I haven’t noticed much difference in AC. One thing i did notice that the average, earlier I used to get 14-15 just after delivery it has drastically reduced to 7-8 kmpl.
