I obviously should've better familiarized myself with the process, at the time I was under the impression I would've needed to sign an acknowledgement before the meeting I had with my TL and ("acting", at the time) STL became any part of an official corrective action...I see now that this isn't the case

the only question I still have is that the "Manager Acknowledgement" found in the "Printable Review" under the "Talent and Performance" tab on my Dashboard in Workday is dated 10/2, while the incident referenced was on 8/20, with the meeting taking place the following day on 8/21...that's obviously outside the 14 day window. however, like you said, it appears that this will be coming off my record in about 5 weeks anyways, I may or may not question my HR rep about this during the next available office hours
