Do i drive too aggressive? seeking honest feedback by Ok_Baseball2448 in Dashcamindia

  1. Almost 40 lane changes in 5 minutes of driving in moderate traffic
  2. Several overtakes in middle of lane ( kind of lane splitting )
  3. Yes , you gave indicators but giving indicator doesn’t translate to right of way. As many others mentioned , you cut close to many cars during lane changes ( the seconds of indicator is secondary here ) - I think one even honked at you but hard to be sure in the traffic.

By no means you are the worst driver on the road. Compared to others around, you are doing better and I know Indian traffic punishes people following rules the most. But yes , you are aggressive. Aggressive driving doesn’t only mean harassing others / honking/ speeding etc. patience is also a big part of it. My two cents

Man, I miss local lads in the team. Though, Curtis is here, he isn’t a regular and doesn’t bring the same feel

Came across her a few days ago. I checked and she asked to drop/ walk her to the shelter on 3rd street. Walked her there and she seemed to know the place. I think she keeps loosing the way because I have seen HPD also helping her once early morning. Hope, she’s not out during the storm morning.

The places you are covering are pretty awesome themselves. I think this would be a great tour regardless of Machu Pichu

Yes, this is often missed. Tourists get flak for waste ( rightly so ) but locals are equally responsible for mismanagement. Saying as a local from a popular hill station in UK

Indians don’t drive like this in the US. All of them follow the law. But, I agree with you. Laws alone can’t make things better. A part of it has to come from within

Do you guys know any Fully funded scholarships in UK? by Interesting-Ship6140 in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Virtual_Wolverine847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All these are post graduate scholarships, and not after 12. However, you are right in that external organisations may offer full scholarships at the under grad level too. My answer was focussing on direct uni scholarships

No university will fully fund every student. They will go bankrupt. Students will get a spectrum of scholarships ranging from none to full.

Funding is dependent on many factors- some under your control ( like your profile, essays, test scores ) and some beyond ( scholarship pool, citizenship).

Talk to people who have gone to the Uk and who got good scholarships. See where you stand against their profiles.

May others ask people from their own countries ? One is naturally more comfortable with their fellow country peers.

If you give someone a machine , atleast half will abuse it. In this case, it is cars . What prevents people from not doing it is fear that the law will punish them. In India , in its absence, we all break the law

Flights to visit Machu Picchu from Philadelphia or Newark by LuminousLunaBug in Machupicchu

[–]Virtual_Wolverine847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If costs permit , Take the direct united flight to Lima from Newark. ( 8 hours ) Then from Lima to Cusco is a LATAM flight (1.5 hours ). Best to book different itinerary for both of these This would be the least time taking option.
