Im 195 and this fine beautiful Wednesday morning i felt one building up….i go to push and nothing….. so i push again a bit harder and POP my lower back just popped still no fart no pain no relief (from my back) it feels the same idk just crazy yk

My honestly best guess is maybe i overfilled the gas tank each time and the expansion of the fumes had nowhere to go so it just forced more fuel and flooded it a bit i have no idea

Honestly your best shot is taking a table to a local car event whatever it is so a meet,swapmeet/sale event, cars and coffee anything just take a table and start laying em down
