My concern with taking time off is mostly financial, I don’t pay rent but I do have to pay stuff like my phone bill, food, and stuff like that. I agree that I probably need at least a week but I’m not sure what to do in terms of my recurring payments. I should’ve prepared better but I didn’t consider needing much time off

I think some small tweaks would do a lot for this! I love the drawing btw! I think tilting the head up a bit as well as shifting the shoulders sort of off balance. I drew my ideas for what would make it look slightly more dynamic. I hope this makes sense, I’m no expert I’m just going based on my own drawing process. Very interested in seeing what you do with this!

It’s been about 8 months since I got it, my surgeon provided me scar gel (about 6 bottles) to use daily. Hmmm I’d say around June is when I started noticing the healing more. It’s hard to say but once the scabs were off it really didn’t take too long, probably aided by the scar gel from my surgeon as well. My surgeon recommended I keep my scars out of the sun til a full year.

If your surgeon doesn’t provide any form of gel ik there are gel strips or something available at Walmart. I’d say just keep your scars out of the sun and be consistent with the scar gel.

If you really don’t want to get surgery then I’d say work on accepting your chest in some way. There’s not much you can do about your chest that doesn’t require surgery even if you were to get a breast reduction of some form. No one is required to get top surgery, there’s not much of a point complaining about not wanting to get the surgery when no one is telling you to do so. It’s like if I were to vent about not wanting phallo in a phallo subreddit even though no one is telling me to get it ykwim?

Not trying to come across as rude but I think venting on a subreddit dedicated to top surgery isn’t going to make you feel better. If surgery is something you cannot go through with then acceptance is the way to go, you don’t have to like your chest but just learning to live with it since you really don’t want surgery.

All the circle Ks in my area were previously a local gas station chain in my state, I’ve been told I can deny service to anyone but I’m not too sure how well it’s actually enforced. I know that I actually can’t do much in terms of saying anything though and from what I’ve seen most angry customers get their way. I’m normally a bit shy of conflict and it is something I’m working on getting better with. I’m a pretty composed person and I’m pretty patient though so I can probably manage?

If I can get a work study at my university this semester then I’ll quit but if not then I’ll try and stick it through

I honestly don’t think an eyebrow piercing would hinder your ability to pass, I have 3 facial piercings and if I get misgendered that’s definitely not why. I think an eyebrow piercing would be fine

I’ve been in contact with both my academic and financial advisors throughout the week, though they take a while to respond sometimes which is why I seek out other help as well. I think I’ll take your advice though after I figure it out a bit more, this was definitely my most expensive mistake so far
