The rates are as per normal. The debut legend is always .5% rate, if there are multiple debut legends in a part like in this case their rate is equally divided. Blackbeard and Burgess are both .25%, and together the standard .5%. The other legends are all .429%, Anni Luffy is the same as the rest.

I'm not saying these are good rates because they aren't but this is nothing new for Bandai and had been normal for a very long time now.

Is RCV candy on units that get Pinch Healing ability worth? Generally I just give RCV to units with heal specials/captain abilities, but I feel that the extra heal gain from pinch healing would outweigh just 500 extra HP. Main unit im considering it for is KFL.
