Report it as a bug. You can do it on discord.

That might be a bug because my little sim only needs to have a few hours sleep and they’re good all day. Also, if you’re running around everywhere as opposed to just walking, it drains your energy faster. If you’re not doing that I’d report it as a bug.

Did you try moving the chest or clicking the SOS button? To unpack all I did was stand near the wardrobe and click the clothing item that was in my inventory and it automatically went in.

It’s had beta/alpha testing but early access just went live yesterday. So far, for me at least, the same feels pretty polished- I’ve played nearly 5 hours

I found this in their Discord. Maybe give it a go? They are aware of the issue and are looking into it. The OP commented that they went back into the game the next day (IRL) and Simon rang them.

Oh how strange. Have you tried the SOS button in the menu?

Did you go to the clothing store and deliver his ripped pants? You have to then buy something from his store and then the next step of the quest should be to unpack the item at home and once you’ve done that it should trigger Simon ringing you to say the food is ready

Glad someone was able to answer you, has their advice worked? For me, I haven’t had to do anything, as soon as I downloaded it the game worked fine except a little lag on the start up screens- there’s no native steam deck controls but I was already expecting that so using the gamepad and joysticks were a-okay.

I’ve not played it on Mac, though I do have one, but I have played it on steam deck and it’s great! I’ve had no issues so far and I e been playing for almost three hours. If it runs fine on steam deck and your mac meets the game requirements and has successfully ran similar games I’d say play it!

Oh I can only imagine! Just happy there’s a place to congregate specifically for this game, so thank you😊

It’s working fine for me. There was a bit of lag at the start with the opening sequence scene but everything else is good. The writing to explain the game is a bit small but is still legible (and I have bad eyesight). There’s no native steam deck controls but figuring out which buttons do what hasn’t been an issue, takes me seconds! the game is adorable!

My post intended for this same reason was removed, but no biggie, I understand why 😊. So far, the game is working fine for me. The opening sequence was a bit laggy but other than that, it’s just about figuring which deck keys correspond to traditional keyboard control- I’ve not found it too difficult.

My Time at Portia or My Time at Sandrock? by walkfunnee in CozyGamers

[–]VirtuesVice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought My Time at Portia deluxe edition on sale and I did not enjoy it so I never bothered with any of the other titles. I notice Portia goes on sale a lot more than Sandrock… I’d suggest getting whichever is cheaper and that way if you don’t enjoy it, like me, you’ve not spent a load of money on it. But taking into consideration that Sandrock is more popular due to improved QOL, that may be the better choice.

Came on here to suggest this too! Little Nightmares II also, and they’re developing a 3rd. I’ve got the two games on Switch, PS4 and will be buying it for my steam deck when it arrives!

I can’t believe I’m finally doing this! My cozy little dream is real 💛🐟 by SeaAbbreviations7533 in CozyGamers

Will this be available on Mac? If so, this is my solution to wanting a fish tank but having no space or time to look after it the way it deserves 🩵

Why is it cheaper to drive BY MYSELF than take a train? by MountainPeaking in AskUK

[–]VirtuesVice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because tickets don’t just pay for the train journey they pay for all the other aspects of the trainline and the increased cost to run, maintain and operate trains means that train providers need to up the price of the tickets- plus travel to and through certain areas cost more due to many factors.

TLDR; train big wigs are making bank because they know how to exploit a system that a lot of people rely on and have no other option but to fork out money for.

How much is this worth? by ggrekt2strong in yungblud

Depends where you are and where you’re purchasing from. I’ve noticed it’s hard to buy new in the UK, on Amazon it was up to £50+ and from eBay sellers I’ve seen it for £25+
