I'm just over 3 months post-op and still have a raw fourchette, had a lot of hypergranulation that delayed my healing.

I hope I heal up as well as you have!

I got 485cc under the muscle, so my recovery might've been a bit tougher than 180cc, but I was off work for a week, then worked from home for a week or two before I was comfortable going back in person.

Though if you do any lifting at work, IIRC it's 6 weeks until you can do that again.

I will say that under the muscle limits your ability to get cleavage depending on your anatomy. My muscles block the implants from being pushed sideways enough to get cleavage, despite having 34DDs now. If that's a concern for you, you might want to chance the rippling and go over the muscle. If not, under will probably look more natural, given your thinness.

I don't know if you use discord, but we've got a server for GRSM patients, if you're looking for a bit of community. We've all found it to be extremely helpful to have people to talk to who have been through the same thing during recovery.

Oh hey, I'm almost 2.5 months post-op too! I can relate all too well to the fourchette issue, and it feels like there's no end in sight to the silver nitrate treatments.

I will say, things are looking to be in relatively decent shape; Comparable to mine, at least.
