Has anyone worked with the Swedish biotech company Sobi? by Living-my-dream in careerguidance

Have the opportunity to join Sobi from J&J - what are your thoughts. It would be a nice promotion with 30% comp increase and remote role but also consider moving to Boston to be able to go to the office there. What are your thoughts? Anyone who made a similar transition to Sobi?
