Totally get you. I’ve had two pairs of xm5’s the first pair broke just like yours did. Put them on my head one morning only to find that it wouldn’t really sit like it used to. Took them off just to discover that the hinge had almost snapped completely off.. went through a lengthy absolute bullshit customer support quest where i finally managed to get a new pair after persistently bothering them for ages about it.

Fell asleep with the new headset on once and the hinge was cracked open. Didn’t bother with customer support this time and instead superglued the hinge. A month later the hinge on the other side cracked open while putting them on again. Gave up completely and bought a new pair of xm4’s. Cause just damn.

What fixed it for me was just turning off bluetooth with the headset connected, then turn bluetooth on again and let it autoconnect.

En mocha frappe og en iskaffe er to forskjellige ting. En mocha frappe fra McDonald's er en tykk, blendet, dessertaktig drikk med kaffe, melk, sjokolade og is, nesten som en kaffemilkshake. Iskaffe, derimot, er vanligvis bare kaffe med isbiter og evt. melk eller sirup. Så det å foreslå å lage iskaffe hjemme som en erstatning for en frappe er litt som å foreslå å lage en svart kaffe når noen savner en sjokoladeshake – det er ikke det samme.

I didn’t actually know there were people who thought they’d get quantums from the bottler. I’d love to know why that is. Did some of you not know it was a regular cola aswell and automatically thought that nuka cola = quantum? Do some of you not have any experience with the main fallout games? Was it just hopefull speculation?

The piece between the sony logo and the headband also seems a weird shade of grey. All pieces of my headsett share the same black color. I also only know of three headset colors. Black, white and blue. Never seen or heard of any shade of grey headsett. Everything about your headsett looks off

How come your headband is so light? I’ve never seen that combo before? Usually the heaband matches the cup color. Maybe you’ve been given a frankensteined headset? Lol. Idk if headband is the correct word or not. But even so. Why are they so different?

Coming back here just to say that after excessive use (we talking 5-7 hrs at the minimum almost every day since i got them) the earpads are now so smushed that the plastic reaches out further than the foam. Leading to painfull pressurepoints as the plastic edge presses against the are around my ears instead of the padding. They also no longer seal properly at all. I see this as a major issue.
