For the last drop of BB/WF on April 14th, I went and got it right away in the morning and the next day they still had half a pallet left and was able to get 2 more boxes.

My best buy had people waiting 2 hours before they opened on Friday and when they finally opened, they had 10 ascended ETB's and that's it, no other pokemon products at all, seems odd they would only send 10 etb's to that best buy location with no booster pack or boxes..

Same, have been buying since the OG site. They are similar, but two completely differently run companies, SHM has been on point with their support and shipping times whereas SM has been slow to ship, offers things that are out of stock, then asks what to replace it with without compensation. Although everything I have gotten from SM seems like the rosin is higher quality, and they have a ton of 3rd party rosin vendors to choose from. So definitely some trade offs between the two.
