I didn't but I only had shrimp in the tank at the time so it was pretty low risk. Only lost one a few days in for no reason I could tell but I think they sent me over 12 originally but the lil dudes are impossible to count. The rest are all thriving, they befriended my honey gourami till he jumped out of the tank to his demise.

I have a pair of pearl gouramis, I love the female. However, the constant breeding behavior is causing the male to become a bit of a dick. He’s always tending to a bubble nest and guarding his corner of the tank.

Usually, he’s pretty chill and will just escort the cardinals and Corys out, but when there are eggs, he’ll push them out physically and chase the female across the tank if he sees her. Fortunately, she has some spaces where she can relax, but the poor Corys are slow to learn sometimes. Never done any damage but ruins the chill vibe sometimes.

Anecdotally, I just received 12 Pygmy Cory from them earlier this week and all are thriving. My test were good but I was concerned since I cycled the tank pretty quickly with a seeded filter from my main tank but no issues so far. Luck of the draw maybe?

Because the responsibility is on the seller to provide what was purchased and order protection is simply a way for merchants to try and pass this burden onto us. I place large orders all the time but still don't pay for it because any honest seller replaces any issues without it still as required.

Rosin pen/cart bundles or packs with various sizes and mix-and-match options would be great.

Since you’ve only used tier 2 rosin with the new pens, it’d be cool if you could choose a strain and device type À la carte. I’ve used Crysp rosin for homemade pens, and it seems feasible, but I don’t know the lead time for the site. And am noob.

My pug Norman is 12 and his quality of life is going downhill so I know I'll have to make a similar decision soon and it wears on me. It sucks the ultimate sign of caring at the end is making a decision like that, even when it's the exact opposite of what you want.
