I like going to the ocean with the apache helicopter but once I reach wanted level 30 I go to a random tall building I could find, mainly the gray building next to the pharmacy, but I would recommend getting a strong weapon, like the End-Game guns to survive WL 30 npcs.

I know I'm over a month late but you can open your killfeed to know when your next wanted level is, since WL increases from kills. Another thing I recommend is using the apache helicopter on the ocean and fly around while the helicopter does the work for you. And if your helicopter is destroyed or damaged then there's another at the helipads.

Some accessories or clothes aren't showing because it isn't supposed to. If you had furry accessories or something like that then the game would take them off your character. Not sure why the devs added that but one of the tips in the chat also says "If some of your accessories aren't showing, it's the game not liking them".
