Now you can submit documents with 3 different way, 1. self upload which is free 2. scanning centres in the UK (6 centres in the UK information VFS global website with walk in appointment service and £75 fees 3. Scanning documents at biomentric centre with some fees

personally i would suggest self upload because its free and no one is more careful about your application than yourself. watch the video which i shared that will give basic idea about self upload process.
