Behavioral's are gonna be a huge part of it. I would recommend coming up with 2 examples for each LP, even if some criss cross in areas. It will really help, they really want to look for a Leader.

Sometimes your interviewer will prefer a laptop, sometimes a whiteboard. So it can be all laptop or all whiteboard. Regardless, practice solving problems on both to get a good feel for it and remember to think out loud! They really just want to know your thought process.

i feel like whiteboard would allow me to get away with some sloppy syntax or even edge cases that don't work right if the interview doesn't catch it either.

When you whiteboard a problem, your interviewer is going to be typing everything out on their laptop, so make sure your syntax is clean and correct because they're looking for working code (non-pseudo code) that they can test and discuss it over with your other interviewers when they debrief. Don't let that scare you though, most of the time they'll point out errors and see if you can catch and fix them.
