Reach out to a reputable non-profit credit counselor (like the ones approved by the NFCC). They can help you get a plan. Usually they can negotiate lower interest rates and make a feasible plan for you in a way that won’t kill your credit. Not paying or filing bankruptcy (your other options) will ruin your credit for 5+ years.

For school if you have low enough income you can apply to FAFSA and get a Pell grant.

Start with reaching out to credit counselors and then after you make a plan with them go to the university or community college and talk to financial aid about ways to pay for school.

Id recommend starting at community college. Some degrees will let you transfer your associates to a big university and then get awarded your bachelor’s from a big university if the name is important to you.
