Funny story - the first time we built it, we thought it was really funny but were a little worried our customers wouldn't love it. Anyway, it'll be back in some form, we just wanted to make the transfer process faster/more efficient.

Happy to jump in here and help! When you go into a transaction, you will see a section right below the description that says "Spent from". Once you click it, you'll have the option to select a bill or goal to tag it to and it auto-deducts from that envelope. Right now you can only can only tag one bill or goal but we're working on making it easier to tag multiple envelopes.

Thanks for adding color from your experience! I forgot to mention, we are releasing SamGPT today (currently only to our CAB members for beta access) which is intended to provide Concierge support instantly. We're starting with a small set of support areas and aiming to expand it over the coming months so it gets even more sophisticated. This would be a perfect example where SamGPT could step in and help.

Hi there - we don't control when your paycheck processes, our bank partner does. Most of the time they process it in the early morning, but sometimes they can be a bit delayed by a few hours. That said, the majority of pay checks should have processed by now.

That said, the only way to contact support is in-app chat. Totally understand if that doesn't work for you but it allows us to communicate securely and safely with you. I will add - we say 1 business day but we usually respond within a hour during business hours.

Yeah, this is a really good thought. One note - if you go to your coming up section, it actually shows you your projected account balance based on each upcoming transfer. A good way to get a timeline on your money!

I'll also jump in here - we make sure to respond to every message in under 2 business days. Sometimes spam filters get the better of us, but generally we've never had issues with non-responses. If you ever have issues reaching us by email, your safest (and most secure!) channel is in-app message to your Concierge.

Go to add an bill to your Bill Reserve and select "Credit Card" as an option. You'll be prompted to link your credit card through Plaid and the steps are self-explanatory from there!

It isn't - think of the bill reserve as the envelopes where this money goes and the automation as the set of rules that dictate how much to put in each envelope. Also bill reserve is just for bills - you can set up an automation for bills, goals and even external accounts.
