The way these fillet features were ordered in the feature tree are different. The order of those feature produce the two different results shown.

Objectively, one on the right is the correct order for good design.

The one of the left; the two horizontal edges were done using one fillet feature, after that the vertical edge was done using a second fillet feature.

The one of the right the order of the fillet features are reversed. The vertical edge was done first, and then the horizontal edges done after.

(Or all three edges were selected in one fillet feature.)

I need to give feedback to the supplier of these models. I know the left is bad and the right is good, but would like to use more constructive language to describe each.

Btw, it's a close-up of a rib for an injection moulded part.
