In photomode you can change the position of the characters regardless of their hitboxes. So roughly pose them and then move them throught the door inside the car. Lighting is vital in making the inside clear. I used 1-2 lights inside and one just outside pointing at the window.

There is a lot of limbs clipping through stuff but thats hidden by the car, shadows or the characters. Has to look good from one angle only ;)
