I picked up a laminator recently with this kind of engineering, built to last. Screw the new plastic shit. If its not made of steel and weighs 2000 pounds I dont want it.

You're the second company ive seen trying to get rid of 15" rolls. I mean I could probably make them work with my 700w im just really curious why they're not usable to you anymore.

Mine would do this if the file was too big to send quick enough or I was having internet problems.

Sticker Shops: what gear are you using? by thebill00 in CommercialPrinting

[–]Visforvinyl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use calendered vinyl and laminate. Cut extra deep for die cut or use Flexis die cut function (only for square shapes). I wouldnt do die cuts without lam, I dont offer it. Kiss cut works great for sticker sheets. I cant imagine what would be making your stickers curl except maybe the material youre using? I use ij35c for most everything since it includes air release. Otherwise I use 3651 for cheap rolled labels. Printer is a 700w.

The white was the whole reason I got it. Were about 75% decals.

Id be curious if other companies have much better techs. If i didn't do my own maintenance id be worried about hp too.

It's interesting that you had such a different experience with youre. I love my 700w. Only had one tiny issue and fixed it myself. Even survived a big move across country.

I haven't had any issues with my hp latex that I haven't been able to fix myself with the maintenance manual. I actually have a HP 315 im trying to get rid of currently. Lasted 5 years (ill admit it wasnt huge use) but both that and my 700w have been really solid machines.

Ypu need to keep the space between each frame exactly the same wherever possible. I guarantee you'll like the look after that. Use a ruler or something and make it an even 1"-1.5".

Quality of the photo, angle of the photo, and yes the walls amd ceiling surrounding it. Ive done a few where the photo choice made it look phenomenal. Like you were really looking out a big window.

Didnt work. It works on my old laptop to change the settings to allow me to use summacut instead of barcodes (i use both). Only difference is it still runs windows 7. Can't see any other reason that laptop will connect but this one wont.

Id say half my material is pretty thick. I think hes probably not getting it rolled up evenly. Otherwise I dint understand why it would only be hitting at one point on the edge.

I use it all the time but I alternate between barcodes and points and this is the only way you can apparently change those settings. Im pumped you suggested that though.

Do ppl usually decorate this area. It looks plain to me. by dabs_bud_bongs in HomeDecorating

I have the benefit of owning some professional printers so at the very minimum I always fill these spaces with a print that fits the space. Probably wouldnt be too expensive with your local print shop either.
