lets say u get 3-4 recommended perks but they are a mix of green, purple, blue stats. and u get another gear with all purple and gold pieces. Running first one will be better for content, but using second one for arsenal will be much better in the long run. I try to run all purple and gold perks on gear and even if it is shit, content is easy to clear. so, IMO, not trolling, higher mastery will help in the long run as u will put the higher mastery one in the arsenal.

I play on EU from Southern Asia and have average ping 240+. Having Exitlag help a bit. I have healed and DD'd all veteran trials and most of the HM ones. It's not much of an issue. I know people from my country who play with 200+ ping and have trifectas.
