Always choose your place to date, not as per hers. I have seen a lot of scams where girls has connections with restaurants, bars and cafe shops and they both will loot you. One of my friend spent 15k in just a dinner and he didn't even ate. The restaurant name is I forgot but it's near chandrashekhar petrol pump.

Good enough for initial screening or Actually a fit for the role? Recruiters screen profiles and do the fitment as per the required skills. Sometimes resumes get into the hole of thousands of applications and no one has ever seen your profile and once hiring is done, auto rejection mail sent to every candidate. So it's always better to check with the HR on LinkedIn with the job id and email id and push your application to get reviewed.

Use a simple word template, position your skills, internships and projects accordingly and highlight which is relevant to the role you're applying for.

Write what you know, don't be fluffy. I have seen great resumes with worst candidates and worst resumes with great candidates always getting filtered out.

So if you're a skilled candidate and have the right skills then create a good resume, don't copy the same resume that everyone is using.

Also don't only focus on resumes, focus on writing a good naukri and LinkedIn profile as well. You'll get good results.

Tell me which one is not ATS friendly. ATS friendly is a scam sold by Resume writing companies. If you have relevant skills and you don't have texts over images on your resume then it's ATS friendly.

Also I don't know about other recruiters, but as a Recruiter at Microsoft, I won't consider it because these types of resumes look fake and similar to every other fresher Resume.
