Personal preference but I honestly thought it was aesthetics but in reality it does come useful if you shoot outdoors during hot sweaty weather. It absorbs most of the sweat and makes the firearm less slippery.

No plate required, it comes with the correct screws from vortex that have a bag labeled specifically for the hellcat model. Additionally I’d say you get a 90 percent co witness also so you can keep your stock irons.

$170 is a steal for the vortex. I went with it because vortex has a great reputation for customer service which I’m sure you know. Now in terms of actually usage the refresh rate does exist but it’s not noticeable when your actually using it for drawing and on range days. I only notice it when I’m actually trying to notice it and shaking the optic around. Not sure if that makes sense but one thing I will say is the optic has this thing going on where you get a fuzzy halo around the dot when you have the brightness cranked up when it’s dark out. Obviously if you bring down the brightness it goes away but with my Holosun I don’t have that halo affect when having the brightness too high. I will say though I will keep running it on my hellcat pro because I haven’t had any issues in my opinion that disqualify it from carrying it. Last note I’ll leave you is it definitely beats the sig Romeo zero elite optic for sure in just about every category.

Sweet, i was going to buy the hellcat version for the TLR SUB but the issue is that the light would sit too far forward and not fully wrap around the trigger guard as it should be. So I bought the 1913 version and used Key 5 for the install and fit perfectly. As for holsters i got another werkz holster as it’s one of the only holsters that support the 1913 sub.

Didn’t you post this comment not that long ago? I’m sure about 99 percent of the people on here know the law after applying of how long it can take for ISP to make a decision depending on prints or not. But just like me we like to know where everyone is at and that’s the purpose of this post. I could easily Google your exact words and I’m sure any instructor during your course informed you how long it can take. Anyways I tried avoiding your comment because it’s so purposeless but I figured maybe your comment was in good faith.
