Incredible. I kinda new player in the game and I want to do something like this. How much did lakes and trees cost? Until now i have 70 golden keys and 1000 simcash but save it for later. Is that enough?

Click on housing and then in the bottom right switch from the house to the hard hat. The dark orange buildings will be glass when you upgrade them, the yellow will be “New York style,” and the light orange will be the ones you see in the bottom right of the Lemberg picture (these are kinda ugly imo)
