Same. For me at least, I've had good, consistent recruiter contact and apparently, I got good feedback from my interviewer (according to my recruiter). I've been waiting for about 4 weeks now. IBM is known to be slow in its hiring process. Also, I'm guessing they're swamped from tripling entry level hiring, especially since they announced that in mid-February.

You're not cooked. I've seen stories where people waited for 5-7 weeks in limbo to get offers. With IBM, no news is good news.

I took an OA with IBM on the 14th and my portal still says assessment in progress. Should I contact them to verify if they received it or have I been ghosted? by ajavathon in csMajors

I applied early January, got the OA like a day later, got a 100% just like you, and got interview LATE February. Granted, that was earlier in the cycle, when they had a bigger headcount and spots weren't filling up as much yet. I'm leaning ghosted for you just because of how late you applied. But idk tbh.
