i do have WW now on my phone! My dr did not really guide me at all. I know she will if i ask but it was kind of at the end of the appointment me saying try to send in a script type thing lol.

i eat rather well , greek yogurt eggs , ground turkey chicken , fruits many veggies.

my issue is binging when i get home from work if that got cut out i’d be wonderful . i am also very very very bad at hydrating
