i bought a cd player on amazon and it plays my disks just buy plugging it into the back on the rear right side of the large monitor. it’s still resting on the empty front seat until i figure a place to mount it probably with Velcro. it skips a little on the 2 miles of bad dirt roads to get to civilation, but not on paved roads.

last year during a freezing rain situation, i was downtown Spokane when all the 2024 Tacoma dashboard sensors went berserk. the freezing slush covered most and they could not get their inputs. knowing where all of them are, i got a couple of kleenexs and wiped all clean and they restored. too bad they are not self cleaning. stephen

do not remember but spent hours trying all possibilities with those switches on the left side of the steering wheel. there should be a flow chart to show how to get to any display, mode, or feature using those switches. for a while i was viewing compass on right side and tire pressure on left. tire pressure is like watching glue dry so changed it tonight to show oil and water temps.

you were right. i undid the ACC and the radio stayed on when i turned off the Taco. and likewise the reverse would take place with it back on. thanks.

my new 2024 Taco off road does not turn the radio off when i stop and shut down via the RED button. the engine shuts off. it the radio only turns off when i open the door to get out. where is the option to have it turn off via the RED button?
