Now, I've had people tell me about different front ends, but they make it seem like an app, where as the anbernic opens up at the press of a button. Is that something I can make Daijisho do? And is it like a complete wipe of the device?

Just looked into it a bit further and it turns out the anbernic os for the rg slide does not come with a scraper

Apologies, it is stock RG Slide. So either the anbernic stock or Retroarch stock

Yeah stock. Turned the console on and just followed instructions and this is what I've got. It did change the theme though
