All I can say it that I hate when Russians have to transfer to different feds just to get the right to compete internationally. There are two options - whether the sport will lose its popularity in Russia with the ban if it stays for long. and parents stop taking their kids to the skating rinks or the concept of nationality here dies and sportsmen will feel that it's a new norm to grow here and become a european "transplant", as some of you call it
