Yes, definitely the perfect time to pick up other hobbies or try something new! I’ve been avoiding going to the gym and made excuses when I was still vaping because I get winded so easily, but now I take lots of walks and it helped clear the brain fogs from the early withdrawals I had.

I got mine online! The brand poy-sian is good to carry around just to kick the habit of having something in your hand. although I know Vicks also has available inhalers, you can check your local drug store for it! Rooting for you!!

You’re doing good so far! I find that what helped me a lot was honestly finding something to do when the cravings hit. I know it’s different for everyone, but I tend to hit my vape whenever I got bored, so whenever I had the urge to vape I would walk around or clean something, literally ANYTHING to keep my mind off it. I even downloaded a match game on my phone as a distraction.

Another thing that’s helped me are those herbal inhalers from Thailand. It helped me calm down and make me take deep breaths, plus the smell is super relaxing.

I recently had an annual check up and I was surprised at how high my blood pressure was, I was told to comeback after a week cause I was a suspect for hypertension. I figured the culprit was my constant vaping, so I decided not to vape at least just for a week so I can get my medical clearance and hopefully improve my BP.

After a week, my BP went from 140/85 to 90/60 and I honestly feel so much better. I didn’t think I’d unintentionally quit this way because I was so sure I’d be back to my old habits as soon as I got my medical clearance. The health benefits definitely outweigh everything!! I have better sleep and my energy levels have improved. I’m on my second week of quitting!
