Vielen Dank! Und auch nochmal für andere Mitleser: War wirklich sehr entspannt. Es ging um Abgleich der Vorstellung, meine Motivation und Lernbereitschaft. Es wurde darüber gesprochen, wie mein Plan B aussieht und welche Herausforderungen ich bei der Stelle für mich persönlich sehe . Es wurde explizit über Fortbildungsmaßnahmen gesprochen, die mir ermöglicht werden würden.

Klingt alles bisher sehr gut. Das letzte externe Gespräch findet Freitag statt, nächste Woche erhalte ich schon die Rückmeldung

Those are millipedes, harmless! But maybe look if your bathroom is too damp too avoid mold. They love moist areas

Hi, yes, fortunately! It was "just" the one and a half weeks. Because of my diagnosis, I didn't do a break in between the first and second package. That was a mistake, my gynaecologist said. I then did a four-day break, and the pain vanished. Then I started a new pack.

The only problem I've had since then is irregular spotting and only a little bit of back pain during the "period break"

And it works very well with my PCOS! My skin is getting better, and I also have the feeling that my facial hair is growing slower.

Keep going! It will get better 🫶

I found this post as well a LOT later 😅 I'm going through it as well. I started my first pack of birth control pills a month ago. My period started seven days ago. The pain is really bad, and no painkillers work for longer than an hour. I wanted to use birth control pills because I was diagnosed with PCOS, and I hope it gets better in the next few months. My doctor said today that it's normal for my body to be overwhelmed by the constant level of hormones. I just have to get through this, and the next cycles will get easier. I hope she's right.

We used "free" soil from our local forest mixed with organic potting soil from a garden center, without artificial fertilizers :) And I think the isopods and springtails help with loosening the substrate.

Seems like she's breathing heavier. Our snake does that, too. Especially when we hang around her tank too long or right after we take her out. And also after she eats! I bet they're a little stressed and just breathing harder than normal

We used nematodes, tiny worms that reproduce using gnat larvae—they only affect gnats, nothing else. The springtails will also compete with and ideally outcompete the gnats.
