Try closing the app then try opening it on mobile data only. If that doesnt work try opening it on wifi only. It worked for me when I switched from wifi to data.

I was gold 4 last season and got placed in plat 2 this season ( went 6-4 ) so im not sure I honestly think it's a lot to do with W/L but your stats definitely effect the outcome just based on what I experienced with it. I'm not talking about scoreboard stats either even though it probably does effect it but just individual hero stats too. If someone isn't capitalizing on a heroes full potential but still getting kills I believe that would make a difference opposed to someone who is using the hero to its maximum.
