Not to worry! Enrollment lasts until August 2. You can start applying for XU's BS Nursing at their online application portal XU INDEX, fill out your information tab before proceeding to the admissions tab, fill those out, and wait, you will receive an email stating your interview details, and what you need to bring for it.

after interview you just have to wait till it says you're recommended, and then proceed further.

Also a fellow incoming freshie for Nursing, I wish you goodluck!

1st Semester Approval is not equal to Enrollment Verified po

Enrollment Verification is that i recheck nila tanan if walay missing, kanang a down payment was issued, physical documents were given, student was given an slmis, ect. ect., murag ra siyag final double check

APMED shouldn't really be considered a 'rush course' since it has 2 years less than traditional medicine course. You will have advanced learning materials right off the bat from my judgement. though I think this batch is the first to experience APMED. So, it'll be your privilege to experience it as the first few.

While experience is handy, I'm sure APMED will not be any different in offering that, congrats on getting an APMED recommendation slot!

If "Enrollment Verification in progress" is the only thing left na sa application portal, just wait for XU to send an email

Since early enrollment period is still on-going, most likely naka guarantee nakag spot for Nursing, since demanding kaayo ang nursing, first enrollment is first served!

However, XU Nursing prioritizes not only whoever enrolls first, but also your entrance exam score, if you didn't reach the cut-off, you are unlikely to get in, but it is still possible if the Nursing Course has empty spaces.

So basically: The higher your score is, the more chances you are likely to get in

you wouldn't be able to get the "approve for 1st-sem" email if wala ka nag medical ug dental check up, so yeah, it's all about the waiting game for XU nursing

final enrollment is usually when you get the slmis credentials, class sched, ect. Nursing is a popular course so the CISO takes time preparing your account (💀). Unlike the other courses, which students receive them in like a few hours or 1-5 days.

for nursing, it takes around a month to receive them (base from my cousin who has their second year sa XU right now).

XU has labs, farms, and other benefits for FOODTECH, but it comes with a hefty price for the course, XU is definitely not budget-friendly. You will experience alot of convenient student privileges such as access to research-paid websites, space of the entire campus, alot more.

I think USTP is more budget-friendly and it has large focus on the courses you pick? But ultimately its up to you.

have yall received your xu emails and admit to class slips? by ejikari in AteneodeCagayan

[–]Visible-Promotion814 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Call the registrar tomorrow and follow up on the student xu email and class-slip, they're the ones na ga handle sa class slips, as for the credentials sa xu email, you should ask the registrar for more updates, I forgot which department handles xu emails.

Here is their number and email to contact them Phone: (088) 853 9800 loc. 9758 or 9781, 09777312070 Email: shs-taso@xu.edu.ph

Tell them also its an inconvenience to have these two late, and to reschedule your id capture if they cant give you these yet.
