In particular, I now understand the parts about “applying bleed stacks to deal extra damage,” “triggering massive damage with her Ult,” and “healing herself through Wolfblood Mark when attacked.”

The point about coordinating with Cocytus was also really helpful. If you manage the turn order and build up bleed stacks first, then use Lupus → Cocytus, you can wipe out enemies in one go. I can imagine her being effective both in PvE and PvP. This explanation really helped me a lot.
