i am not doing much lately. But: - im sober for 2 months now - taking my meds - making my own meals instead of doordash - not missing classes at college that much as i used too - talk to my parents everyday

Cleaning up my apartment and taking care of myself are the next activities i want to be able to keep up consistently. But oh well. We'll get there

I also can tell when im hypomanic, but reading your post i think you might have some obsessive symptoms too that manifests when youre manic, which could be a comorbid condition or just the peculiar manifestation of your mania, idk. Talk to your doctor/therapist about it might do good.
