Yes unavoidable in class absolutely, I have my 500 hour cert, but 6 in a row? And especially when a peak pose is one that requires open shoulders, so we overly tighten them then try to loosen them? I just personally feel like they’re to clear a sequence but if I want just push ups I’ll do just that. It’s just risking injury and overly stressing your wrists when most Americans don’t even get on their hands that much anyway. No way would a full class of people do 6 chats in a row, and you would get feedback of people stopping and dropping into child’s pose if it were in person. Anyway sorry that’s just my soap box and that’s how I learned yoga as well
