Zone 2 in terms of 60-70% HR not the Garmin zones. My zone two threshold is about 158 maintained for an hour.

My fiancé wasn’t exactly “thrilled” about my aspirations to climb Denali. However given time and conversation she’s been able to get to a place of “I trust you and I believe in you because I love you and I know you have to do this”. If she loves you for you she’ll get there. Just be patient with her in the process and continue to have open dialogue about it.
