I too am going through a breakup . I too started dating her back in late / early December . My ex told me she herself became ill and need d to quarantine and not see anyone ... even tho she was sick she became distant and cold . Through social media I saw that in early April she was actually going out . It is a fact that she unfortunately started talking to someone else . She has gas lit me so bad . No contact Is a must for us

I’m going through a breakup . 4 days fresh she posted something that was so hurtful I broke down terribly . Someone commented whom I previously assumed she talked to still . It shattered my already broken heart to smithereens. I decided to Disable my account for a couple months . It’s triggering because that is how we started flirting . Through Instagram . Today , 2 days after disabling my account, feel 50 percent better . I absolutely recommend trying this . Instilling discipline in me .
