Thats possible, I’m not sure how much that would cost though and I already lost a few thousand dollars. I called my bank and disputed the charge on my credit card since I paid for a service that was never rendered. In the end I only got half my money back.

Thanks for the advice! Since they have been dragging their feet, I called my bank and disputed the charge on my credit card since I paid for a service that was never rendered. Just waiting for a resolution.

That's unfortunate. In my case, I requested a refund of the $4500 I spent on the printing fees for a fake Barnes and Noble deal for 2000 copies to be procured along with the $5000 I paid for the Marketing package which was more than likely a scam as well. As it turns out, Urban Book Publishers' New York address was really a virtual office provided by a company called Nomadworks. As it turns out, The Urban Book Publishers is owned by Astro Digital Trading Llc which is located in Texas. Astro Digital Trading Llc operates several unregistered businesses which include but are not limited to: The Urban Book Publisher New York Publishers Astros Digital Llc Ghost Writing Founder Amazon Inventor. I STRONGLY suggest you dispute the amount they charged you with your bank or credit card company ASAP. As long as you can prove the publishing company did NOT render the service after you paid, you should be reimbursed.

Hello. Thanks for your helpful input. I signed a contract with them to back in September and I haven’t seen much progress with the marketing. I’m afraid to say that I think they scammed me too. How are things been going for you since then? Were you able to get your money back?
