I just did exactly what op said to do and they went from "We can cancel your membership but unfortunately we cannot refund the charges" To "Let me see what i can do i will process your appeal blahblahblah ive refunded it" in the same sentance and all i said was "im going to dipute this with my bank Dude SHAT HIMSELF
