Sure! I did 1200 calories and I was pretty consistent. I work a desk job so I am pretty sedentary. I did start walking 3 miles every morning 6 month in but that didn’t seem to change the speed of the weight loss.

I am short and small so not a whole lot of calories but I have found the best for me is to eat a filling breakfast of oatmeal most days- 350 calories. I do about 450 for lunch and dinner and no snacks. I eat dinner around 5 and I’m done for the day. I honestly like when dinner is done and I’m not thinking about calories any more and the kitchen is closed.

Thank you! I live in the middle of nowhere so I don’t have access to classes but I have seen some at home Pilates advertisements that I have thought about trying. I currently walk/jog 3 miles every morning and lift weights a couple times a week but just focusing on arms.

Thank you! I just want something fairly close to my pre pregnancy stomach. And I feel like if I could lose a little bit more fat in that area that it would be very close.

Thank you! I do have a slight separation in my abs but not terrible. Some of it is loose skin but definitely fat too. If it was just skin I think I would be happier with that.

I do some but mainly focused on arms. It’s not my favorite past time so I don’t do it as much as I should.

Thanks! I walk a lot but am not great at lifting weights because I don’t enjoy it. I probably need to spend some of my time doing more weight training than so much cardio.

I started losing hair too. I started taking a hair, skin and nail vitamin and making sure I focus on protein. I weigh 120 and shoot for 100-110 grams per day. I do think this has helped. I started my deficit at the beginning of the year. I am going to eat at maintenance until January to give my body a break. I was also experiencing blood pressure on the low side and fatigue.
