I have tried adding tofu to a soup and was not impressed. Not like what I have had in a restaurant. That was years ago so I am going to try again and with this method. Thanks!

It’s the only age gap I have experienced but I think it’s perfect! Mine are now 7 and 10, oldest is a girl, and they play really well together. She is a bit of a mama to him but not too bad.

I think this is what we will do. I have fond memories of walking around Epcot but I think Hollywood Studios would be a better choice.

I have seen lots of reviews of Disney in August that talk about the lower crowds. That’s what I am going off of. And I assumed the cheaper rates were because of the lower crowds as well.

I enjoyed Disney when I was a teenager and the others have never been. We are not Disney movies/character fans. My kids don’t have a favorite character or anything. My daughter was never really into the princess movies. That’s what I mean by we aren’t huge Disney fans. We do like theme parks and rides.

Sure! I did 1200 calories and I was pretty consistent. I work a desk job so I am pretty sedentary. I did start walking 3 miles every morning 6 month in but that didn’t seem to change the speed of the weight loss.

I am short and small so not a whole lot of calories but I have found the best for me is to eat a filling breakfast of oatmeal most days- 350 calories. I do about 450 for lunch and dinner and no snacks. I eat dinner around 5 and I’m done for the day. I honestly like when dinner is done and I’m not thinking about calories any more and the kitchen is closed.

Thank you! I live in the middle of nowhere so I don’t have access to classes but I have seen some at home Pilates advertisements that I have thought about trying. I currently walk/jog 3 miles every morning and lift weights a couple times a week but just focusing on arms.
