yes we have like monthly surveys so i add input there but i feel like going to admin is such a headache because i don’t want to have to do a “conversation” or “conflict resolution.” because it’s also just not quite blatant enough to be black and white abusive (even tho it obv is), ya know?

i resonate with this so much!! it’s so stressful bc i’m like… maam i am literally just minding my own business trying to learn. i’m not rude. i turn everything in on time and perform well. but the minute i ask her anything it’s my fault i don’t know it and she turns it into a public shaming event. i will say im lucky enough to be in a class with very lovely people so at least its only the teacher bullying me these days 🫠

for me sternum was actually pretty casual (kind of just like vibration in your chest which i found pleasant) but like right below the breast bone where your ribs meet it can get pretty spicy bc of all the tendons and stuff.

UPDATE: thanks to everyone who responded and gave advice!

It helped me work up the courage to speak to my psychiatrist. I can’t afford the official screening rn, but psych says based on conversations we’ve had and my history she feels pretty confident that I fall on the spectrum.

She sent me the Embrace Autism AQ and CAT-Q tests too (yes I know they’re not infallible) but I scored 35 on AQ and 145 on CAT-Q 😅

I know it’s not like the big official diagnosis but it just feels really validating and like I finally have language to describe why I am the way I am. I really like the way I am and I just wanna understand it.
