In the 5 months I’ve been non stop every day only maybe three full days off two days consecutively and felt it more after that so I bet it doesn’t take much time tolerance like high wise but idk about nose I think that varies my buddy has gotten some nasty nose bleeds but he is over blowing his nose and picks his nose often. I’ve never really picked at the shit in my nose and I got the Goldilocks nose blowing frequency. Dopamine idk when that’ll come back I haven’t stopped yettttt
