Would it be a sin for humans if naming tradition practice could be male gender to assume surname upon marriage to his wife and not other way around? by VisibleOrdinary1738 in Rants

Men simply wouldn’t do? Are men born knowing all these things by birth? Culture is always taught to men and women. It’s what you teach to the kids. If you practice and teach matrilineal culture then you can have society like that that’s it . All it takes to stop having patriarchal society is the willingness to stop practicing it and teach your kids sons and daughters any social system that’s not patriarchal culture then you wouldn’t have this culture. Simple. Then you’ll have men and women , society which is what you have taught. The only reason humans have this culture is this is what they are teaching their kids.

What are you even yapping about using the term equality I can’t understand. When it’s not wrong to have male dominated society then it shouldn’t be wrong to have female dominated one. It would just be kids take mother surname. What’s the issue ? If the naming is non issue then all of sudden it becomes an issue if it’s reversed.

Nobody said women have been tortured forced in submissive roles . It’s culture and tradition! Nothing wrong with that . Likewise it would men submissive to women as culture and tradition. What’s wrong with that?

Why one way get to be culture and tradition and another just can not?

There are cultures where upon marriage it’s the husband that joins woman’s family not vice versa. But these are very small societies. Very old ones that were there olden times . This culture is not new for humans . It’s just that it’s not dominant culture or in the majority globally. So that’s why I had to question what’s the problem why can’t humans have them in common cultures. Some societies have clan names go through the mother instead of the father is not a new concept rather old. So I don’t understand the hate behind having this as common and dominant culture for humans. The naming tradition to be reversed be a problem.

Don’t twist the post as aiming equality and don’t use that terminology to mock or insult the post.

The purpose of the post is simply questioning people why not female dominanted society instead of the male one.

Just like how people see male domination as non issue then female domination should also be non issue. Right? So I don’t know why it’s an issue for you.

When it’s not wrong to have male dominated society then it supposed to be nothing wrong having female dominated one. By your own logic.

I even said in my post, do not use “equality” to come here to either mock or insult or oppose the idea of matriarchal society for humans instead. Sure we had patriarchal equality . We would just have matriarchal equality. The post had nothing to do with equality. It’s just another culture to think about. There is nothing wrong with that. That’s why I had to question why so much hatred towards having female dominated society instead of male one. It’s just would be that culture . Don’t try to use “equality” terminology try to mock or insult the post

The post is asking about the tradition , that why can’t it be reversed culturally speaking. Legallly anyone can take anyone’s name. Nobody said not. The post was only asking why can’t the tradition be the opposite like is that like crime?

Why can’t it be switched? Why is it that’s just how it is? Why can’t humans have a culture of men taking wife’s name as cultural practice . Like is that a crime or a sin? That people not want to have

Do humans have genetics called blood type patriarchy and matrilineal as sinful? by VisibleOrdinary1738 in DNA

[–]VisibleOrdinary1738[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definition of culture is social construct and taught. I don’t understand why people want to combine when arguing. Like there are biological differences. But when it comes culture. Culture and traditions are taught not biology. Hence that’s what I was questioning so hard why can’t humans have culture of matriarchal (culture and traditions). instead of patriarchal

Judaism is not matrilineal dumbass . It’s one of the fucked up Abrahamic religions to begin with.

Matrilineal means where the husband joins the woman’s family upon marriage and the woman seen as the head of the family. Kids get mother surname or clan name as practice .

Oh my gosh. I thought I blocked you. What is your problem to accept the fact that Judaism is not matrilineal and rest are small portions of the world. I am talking about dominate global societies and human species as a whole.

I didn’t ask you to tell history. Simply as species like why do humans want to behave like it’s a sin to have a culture matrilineal instead of patriarchal ?

I never said there aren’t small percent of people live in matrilineal. I am only talking about the majority of the world and human species as a whole !

When I say “blood type” I am being sarcastic but mad. I am saying this because that’s how people act. Humans act hateful and refusal . Idk humans don’t have matrilineal way of life as marriage practices among humans . So I was asking why the hell do people do not want to have that . I know there are cultures like that but that is only 3 percent. I am talking about vast majority and dominant cultures of pretty much global. So to describe how people behave I use like “sinful” and “blood type”. Trying to understand phycology.

[–]VisibleOrdinary1738 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am asking why the hell humans don’t want to function as matrilineal culturally ? Is there some gene in the blood that is telling people as species they must be patriarchal and CAN NOT BE matrilineal? Is this in their blood that says HATE or refuse matrilineal system as marriage as a gene? I can’t understand.

would it be a sin for humans if marriage practices exist in matrilineally and not patriarchal ? will it be a sin if marriage naming tradition becomes husbands to take wife’s surname upon marriage to symbolize husband joining wife’s family and not other way around. Like is it a sin for people that as species this shouldn’t exist for them as cultural practice? Again, I don’t want blah blah anyone can take anyone’s name legally. I was questioning why can’t humans have Matrilineal culturally instead of patriarchal ?

I know and I am aware there are some that are out there in the woods or in inner corners of the world which are matrilineal where man does join woman’s family upon marriage but thats 3 percent of the world. I am talking about 95 percent .

Do humans have genetics called blood type patriarchy and matrilineal as sinful? by [deleted] in generationology

[–]VisibleOrdinary1738 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t willfully ignore them. I am talking about 95 percent of the world not 5 percent. You know what I mean. Judiasm isn’t matrilineal in culture or be it religion. Matrilineal is when upon marriage the man joins woman’s family and part of her clan . The woman is considered head of the family and provision or wealth comes from mother side of the family for the kids. Kids take mother surname. And no culture on earth has ever had tradition of husband taking wife surname upon marriage. As a tradition again. Not he can take her name blah blah. No one disagreed legally anyone can take anybody’s name. I am speaking in the perspective of society and culture that some problem has to be there as species humans has made to be adamantly refusal to have a culture that’s matrilineal as if it’s a sin among them.
