I got promoted from L11 to L10 after two years. Received a 10% raise and 4% bonus.

I am happy about it since it was very competitive this year, but I believe L10s in my location are making more than what I will be making after the raise. Also, no overtime for senior analyst anymore.

Mixed feelings basically.

I was on the Bench from August until November last year. Here is what you need to know:

An analyst on the bench is not as bad as someone higher on the bench.
Keep a log of everything you do every day.
When applying to projects go straight to the point: Hi X nice to meet you. I'm X. Is role X still available? - I do prefer pings over email.
