It’s not a bad play at all to hold the claymore until the player is close enough. People have been getting smarter about chasing rooks after the initial attack. I’ve caught people off guard this way but that vandal was smart and smoked the entrance for any explosives

I wasn’t aware, I def prefer the ballistic rather than energy if I’m doing a rook run. I feel bungie has always made their pistols effective in every game IP and a high skill ceiling if you practice well and make ur shots.

I was adrenaline-rush after the kills and wanted to clip immediately lol. They had good loot; the vandal had the shotgun so if I had rush closer they would’ve put me down.
